2025 14u Head Coach
BRIAN MORROW
Coach Morrow is entering his 7th year as a USSSA coach and third with the Blackhawks. A Lincoln native, Coach Morrow strives to create a culture focused on player development, utilizing strengths and accountability. Fundamentals will be the focus at practice. Players can expect to learn baseball the right way with an importance on effort and attitude. Coach Morrow also believes players play better for a coach they like so having some fun and positive reinforcement are key to building trust.
As a 14 year old in the Blackhawks organization, players can expect to play a total of 40 to 50 games against AA and AAA competition. Local area tournaments will make up most of the weekend ball with an eye towards winning. 2 games during the week will also be scheduled for development work.
